Silk Flower Cards

This is a set of two cards that uses one of my favorite card designs. I start with a large square of cardstock that has two of its corners rounded. I then ink the cardstock with some distress ink in brown. Four rounded squares are mounted next-they are cut from patterned paper and are also inked with the same distress ink as the larger square. A large red silk flower is attached to the center of the design with a pearl brad. The sentiments for these cards are printed onto vellum and attached to the card with mini brads. One of the cards reads “Happy Birthday” and the other card reads “Thank you.” These are beautiful cards for the women in your life!!
